ANNOTATION

SmartPage — instructions for filling (without programming knowledge)

SmartPage is a ready web resource (website/landing page/mini-site) with an administrative control panel, provided by ASR Service and enhanced with ASR Intelligence modules (automation, integrations, prompts/AI tools, simplified setup).

SmartPage is created based on a modern CMS architecture (including a WordPress approach), with integrations: CRM, forms, analytics, multilingual capability, messengers, social networks, video content.
The company provides the platform and infrastructure, while the content (texts/images/videos/links/meanings) is filled in by the user.

Important (terms of use)

1. SmartPage is provided within the selected business package. The set of modules chosen by you or approved with a representative, the selection of sections and plugins, as well as the number of languages, may differ depending on the package and SmartPage version.

2. ASR Service reserves the right to update/change SmartPage versions and the composition of modules (as part of product and ASR Intelligence technology development).

3. Purchase and activation of the product means that the user:

  • accepts the product for operation,
  • bears responsibility for the information posted,
  • uses SmartPage for its intended purpose and within the framework of the law.

4. The SmartPage control panel is designed so that any person with basic education can independently fill the resource: where to upload an image, what size it should be, where to insert text, where to add a link — everything is intuitive.

5. If necessary, the user may involve an ASR Service specialist (content manager/designer/technical specialist/integrator/CRM specialist). This is a separate service at a separate cost.

6. To obtain a specialist, it is necessary to contact the company’s regional representative (Europe / Israel / America / CIS / Asia and other regions — different representatives and support channels).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING SMARTPAGE — WITHOUT PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE

When choosing Business Pack + SmartPage, consider your business orientation:

  1. Company client — purchased a business pack, joint business development.

  3. Corporate business owner — uses the functionality of Business Pack CORPORATE, business consulting, integrations, scaling.

Business Pack: START, BUSINESS, PREMIUM, GOLD — purchased by client and user in private format.

Business Pack CORPORATE — for corporate business.

Dear friends!

The instruction that you see and will receive by email newsletter after purchasing a business pack will additionally include:

  1. Description — what SmartPage is for;
  2. Instructions for commissioning;
  3. List and examples of images for upload;
  4. In-depth recommendations for promotion;
  5. Registration and business creation forms;
  6. Practical literature for study;
  7. Work in SMM, SEO, SEA…
  8. How to work with the platform’s products and modules;
  9. Recommendations for setting up and promoting YouTube content

It, as our company sincerely hopes, will become your reliable assistant in business and the main support for your promotion and personal growth. We recommend that you print it out and keep it in your working business case.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DECIDE FOR YOURSELF WHICH TYPE OF SMARTPAGE YOU CHOOSE

1) Template SmartPage design

  • You have chosen a ready SmartPage design template for your type of business.
  • The number of inquiries/applications depends on you.
  • You receive a ready design and carry out SEO optimization independently: fill it with content, convert leads (applications).
  • The basic price of the Business Pack — according to the terms of the selected package.

Depending on the configuration, you receive:

  • Platform domain/subdomain (or connection of your own domain — if included in the package/upon request);
  • Ready SmartPage template;
  • SEO checklist;
  • CRM integrations (if provided by the package);
  • Business consulting (if provided by the package);
  • E-mail newsletter module (if provided by the package);
  • SMS/messenger notification module (if provided by the package);
  • Expert consultation;
  • Graphic editor/media manager

2) 100% unique SmartPage design

  • You choose and create a completely unique SmartPage design and content developed specifically for you.
  • Increase efficiency (conversion) through individual structure, content, visuals, and offers.
  • You pay for what only you have — according to the setup brief of your business.

Depending on the configuration, you receive:

  • Free domain/domain connection and unique web resource design (according to package terms);
  • SmartPage setup brief;
  • SEO checklist — optimization and promotion;
  • CRM integration;
  • Business consulting (individual tables — if provided by the package);
  • E-mail newsletter module;
  • SMS/messenger notification module;
  • Expert consultation;
  • Return on investment through leads (applications/inquiries) — with proper work on content and promotion

You will not immediately be able to use all the capabilities of the resource provided to you. But gradually, step by step (“step-by-step”), you will gain a broad and deep understanding of the practical use of SmartPage capabilities.
When this opportunity appears — it is very important to use it daily and in a timely manner.

Working with SmartPage will help you achieve your goals:

  • package your product/service,
  • explain the value,
  • create trust,
  • collect applications,
  • establish communication.

Your SmartPage must be the best — exactly so. The best.

The main page is your first impression. There will be no second chance to make a “first impression.”

Get maximum engagement from visiting your page.

You must achieve clarity:

  • Who you are.
  • What you offer (what the visitor receives from you).
  • Why this is the “right place.”

Speak the language of user needs. Work with visualization — the meaning of images must correspond to the content of the text. Do not create chaos — present clearly and concisely.

Make SmartPage headlines, events, and section titles so that there is no desire to leave.

Offer a free consultation or another call to action: “get a consultation,” “ask a question,” “get a calculation,” “submit an application,” “buy now,” etc.

A well-thought-out result means absence of risk and optimization of losses.
If the visitor clicked “back” — look again through the eyes of the user, “measure seven times.” This is your resource and your success.
Achieving a 20% or 200% growth in conversion is in your hands. You always have technical support and assistance.

BRIEF ANNOTATION

1. Access to your SmartPage

To enter the SmartPage administrative control panel, carefully review the letter from the company team that was sent to your email after product activation.

In the letter you will find a link to the control panel. It usually looks like:

  • Administrative panel (resource management): https://your-domain/manager (or another service path — depends on the SmartPage version)
  • Public SmartPage page address: https://your-domain (what visitors see and what is placed on business cards/social networks/advertising)
  • The letter may also indicate your unique ID (if applicable in your SmartPage version). It may be used as part of the login/identifier and is required for support.

2. Two ways to access the control panel

  1. Click the link from the letter — the control panel login page will open.
  2. Copy the link from the letter → paste it into the browser address bar → follow it.

If you want to connect an individual domain (your own domain name), submit a request to support/company representative:

    The effectiveness of SmartPage directly depends on the uniqueness and quality of the content:

    • texts
    • images
    • structure
    • visual design
    • semantic message

    Search engines analyze the relevance of the resource based on the uniqueness of the content and its compliance with user queries.

    SmartPage is not a template, but a digital reflection of your business, its logic, goals and offers.

    35. Changing the Name of the “Events” Section

    The “Events” section can be renamed according to the theme of your business (for example: “Cases”, “Development Stages”, “Projects”, “News”, “Practice”).

    44. Uploading and Editing Images in SmartPage

    • Avoid overloaded and “dirty” color combinations
    • Images should correspond to the content of the blocks

    • is placed in social networks, messengers, e-mail newsletters,
    • is used in marketing and advertising campaigns,
    • serves as the main entry point to your digital business.

    • edit texts,
    • format blocks and sections,
    • manage content without programming knowledge.

    USP (Unique Selling Proposition) — the combination of:

    • texts,
    • images,
    • color solutions,
    • fonts,
    • semantic presentation,

    which forms the uniqueness of SmartPage and directly affects website indexing by search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).

    The higher the individuality of SmartPage configuration, the higher the relevance of the SEO core and the effectiveness of promotion.
